Purchase from stock
Customers are most welcome to purchase vehicles in Japan and Thailand from Dealing Co. Ltd. in US dollars (USD). Prices for vehicles in stock are quoted in USD on the FOB terms. To get a CIF quotation to your port, please fill in the “order” form with your request or contact one of our sales staff directly. To purchase vehicles from us you are required to make a registration on our website. Login enables you to make an orders, reserve vehicles, gives you an access to the Auction system and others.
To purchase vehicles direct from the Japanese car auctions through our auction system we require a deposit of 10% of the bidding price, but no less than 1000 USD. After deposit on our account is made, you will be able to place your bids for any vehicles you like and will get all necessary information about the condition, etc. of the cars from our staff. Deposit is refundable and can be returned to customer before purchase. Basic FOB charge for one vehicle, purchased from the auction under 1,000,000 JPY is 90,000 JPY. Other charges and terms depend on the country of destination, purchase volume and can be negotiated, so please, feel free to contact us to get your quotation. Balance for the vehicles purchased from auctions will be held in JPY, so total CIF or FOB costs for the unit in USD on the day of purchase can be different with those on the day of the payment arrival, due to the exchange rate changes.
We take 100% TT in advance. We cannot arrange for the shipment until your full funds are reflected into our account.
Payment for the Japanese stock and for the cars purchased from auctions is to be made to our account in Japan. Payment for Thailand stock is to be made to our account in Thailand.
All payments must be made by a wire transfer. Sorry, but we do NOT accept Letters of Credit.
